Community Interest Company
February 2nd, 2010 at 13:15The Coordinating Group has been taking the NHTT through the process of moving from a Not for Profit Association to becoming a Community Interest Company. We are happy to announce that we have now officially been registered and reconstituted. The NHTT is now a community interest company, limited by guarantee incorporated under the Companies Act 2006. It covers the community council areas of Collessie, Giffordtown and Monimail/Letham and aims to work on addressing the issues around Peak Oil and Climate Change at a local level.
