News from Transition Scotland Support:

This week is your last chance to book for our big conference weekend which will be fantastic opportunity to catch up with friends old and new and share learning and ideas.

Do join us in Edinburgh if you can, for the third Scottish gathering on 19th November, where we’ll be looking (amongst other things) at how the cuts will affect our communities and what we can do about it, and at how we can strengthen our emerging network, with practical workshops and the opportunity to participate in open space discussion on ‘what next’ for Transition in Scotland.  This is followed over the weekend by an inspiring two day International event – the 20th and 21st November.

The weekend will welcome people from as far afield as Brazil, Germany and Cameroon – as well as more locally, and will be asking what gives us a sense of belonging, how can that strengthen how we act in the world, and how we can work together with people from a wide range of different backgrounds to Transition our communities. Key speakers include Rob Hopkins, Alistair McIntosh, Justin Kenrick and many more …

Sound like fun? Bookings should be in by Monday 15th November, so please book now so as not to be dissappointed.
