The bakers have been busy turning their hands to decorating,cleaning and removals. In the passed month we have cleaned and decorated the kitchen in Collessie Hall which is starting to look more like bakery especially as we have now moved in our worktable, oven and prover. We are waiting for a date for installation of the oven from the electrician. Once this has been done we will arrange a visit from our Environmental Health officer and hopefully open for business in August. We will initially be opening for 40 subscriptions so please let us know as soon as possible if you would like to one of the first subscribers to this exciting community project.

A Country White based on a French Boule
Our Traditional Malted Brown Loaf
