Community Bakery

The community bakery sub group have met twice in the last month. On Wednesday 3rd November our  ‘business’ meeting went well with Barbara sharing her experiences of baking bread on a recent holiday in Italy. A group of 14 joined Andrew Lear the tree pruning course on Saturday 6 November. The course was enjoyed by all who attended, we’ve already had some great feedback. Mike Small will be joining the local food group for an informal talk about the Fife Diet in Collessie Hall next Wednesday, 20 October, at 7.30pm.  The talk will be followed by an opportunity to ask Mike question.  Refreshments will be available from the NHTT Cafe.
