Please only deliver BROWN LOAF. I had a white loaf by mistake last week
and had to discard it, as it is not to my taste or preference. horrid!
I would prefer BARLEY LOAF if possible, actually.

I’m one of the producers of BBC Radio Scotland’s food programme “The Kitchen Cafe”. We’re interested in your community bakery and were wondering if we could send a reporter along to record an interview with some of you and perhaps see some of the baking in action!?
